The bridge to health

From the body you're stuck in, to the one you want back.

Every body holds its history differently. We don't chase symptoms. We find the restriction at the root, release it by hand, and give you back the way you want to move. Hands-on, drug-free, since 1999.

What we practice

Six ways we get to the root of the pain.

No two bodies are alike, so no two sessions are. Every visit is hands-on and tailored, from the gentle, sustained work of myofascial release to focused corrective bodywork.

Myofascial Release

The John F. Barnes Approach, gentle, sustained pressure that releases the fascial restrictions holding you in pain, restoring motion and ease. Practiced here since 2004.

Corrective Bodywork

Targeted therapeutic work that retrains posture, unwinds chronic holding patterns, and addresses the root of your pain, not just the symptom.

Holistic Massage Therapy

Full-body therapeutic massage for relaxation, circulation, and whole-body balance, tailored to what your body needs that day.

Sports & Injury Rehab

Recovery-focused bodywork for pulled muscles, overuse, and stubborn injuries, so you can get back to an active life.

Pediatric Massage

Gentle, age-appropriate bodywork that helps children find ease, comfort, and relief.

PEMF Therapy

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy that supports cellular recovery, calms inflammation, and complements your hands-on care.

Pricing varies by therapist & length. Here's where it starts.

Most people find us after they've tried everything else. Myofascial release and therapeutic massage are a safe, gentle, drug-free path to lasting relief, and a calmer nervous system on the way out.
