Bridge to Health opened its doors in 1999 with a simple idea: that real, lasting relief comes from skilled hands and an honest look at the whole person, not another prescription. We've been quietly proving it on Hamill Road ever since.
“To provide holistic, evidence-based massage and alternative therapies that bring lasting relief, restored autonomy, and improved quality of life.”
Our mission, unchanged since 1999
The work
Built around the John F. Barnes method.
At the heart of Bridge to Health is myofascial release, the John F. Barnes Approach, practiced here since 2004. It's a safe, gentle, hands-on technique that applies sustained pressure into the fascial restrictions holding you in pain, releasing them to restore motion and ease.
Around it we've gathered a small team of licensed therapists and a full range of complementary care: corrective bodywork, holistic and sports massage, pediatric massage, and PEMF therapy. Whatever brought you in, the approach is the same: find the root, work it by hand, and give you back the way you want to move.
